The Junior High All-Region tryouts were held recently in Pocahontas. This was for our band students in 8th and 9th grade. The following Brookland Band students were honored:

1st Band 6th Chair, French Horn – Daniel Baxter
2nd Band 9th Chair, Clarinet – Rachel Stewart
2nd Band 22nd Chair, Clarinet – Trevor Belyew
2nd Band 23rd Chair, Clarinet – Caleb Coleman
1st Alternate, Clarinet – Allison Brown

Congratulations to these students! They will be playing at a concert with the other All-Region members in January (date TBA).
