Brookland Downtown Celebration

Per Sherry Mobbs, Band Booster treasurer:

We have only one week to get everything organized for the Downtown Celebration. We have very little donated items for Silent Auction. PLEASE SEND STUFF!! We must have everything donated and ready to get to the booths at the Downtown Celebration by early Saturday morning.

We need some volunteers please…the Jazz Band will not be playing at the Downtown Celebration, so the kids could help us with the booth.

I need volunteers for the following:

Silent Auction table..need to have 1-2 people at that table at all times. Mainly to just sit behind the table and keep an eye on the stuff we are auctioning.
Tattoo Booth… need to have 2 people at all times –1 to put on tattoos, the other to take the money and find the tattoos in the box. This booth will probally be pretty busy.
Money taker at the booth for the items we just have for sale: cups w/candy, bracelets, what ever else we have that we can just sell.
People sitting behind the booth may want to bring them a lawn chair to sit in.
We could sell sodas and cotton candy if we could find someone to donate these items to us. Just a thought, the kids could sell the cotton candy by just walking around to the people. They come in a plastic bucket w/several in a box that could be carried.

ALL HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED!!!! PLEASE GET YOUR DONATIONS IN TO MR HOGARD AT THE BAND ROOM OR CALL ONE OF THE OFFICERS AND WE WILL ARRANGE TO GET THEM TO THE SCHOOL.
